FEATURES

1. Transparent adhesive is strictly prohibited from mixing with other ordinary adhesive materials. Before starting work, the machine should be cleaned thoroughly, and it is best to distinguish the use of the machine.

2. When bonding other materials with transparent adhesive, attention should be paid to the selection of processing agents, adhesives, and curing agents. The adhesive material used for bonding and the transparent adhesive must have the same positive vulcanization time (TC90) in order to produce co vulcanization (note that the adhesive material used for bonding has no pollution or mobility).

3. For dyeing finished products, it is recommended to use high-grade anti yellowing pigments for dyeing. Ordinary grade pigments are not heat-resistant and prone to fading.

4. Our company uses a yellowing resistance testing machine (60 ℃ * 12 hours) to test the yellowing resistance of transparent adhesive. It is recommended that customers test it themselves before use.

5. When making a bonded outsole in the footwear industry, bridging agent DCP can be used to adjust the bonding issue, but attention should be paid to brittleness and hardening phenomena. (Recommended usage: 0.1-0.3g/Kg).
