FEATURES

Insoluble sulfur SL-150 is mainly used as an advanced accelerator and vulcanizing agent in the rubber industry. Insoluble sulfur is mainly used in rubber products. Compared with ordinary sulfur, it has the following advantages: the rubber material does not spray frost during storage, there is no migration phenomenon in adjacent rubber layers, it reduces burning during mixing and storage, can shorten vulcanization time, and has excellent adhesion properties with other materials. It is widely used in the production and manufacturing of tires and other rubber composite products, such as tire body rubber, buffer rubber, white tire sidewall rubber, tire flipping, rubber hoses, tapes, etc. It can also be used in the rubber materials of cables, rubber rollers, oil seals, rubber shoes, etc. It is also used in light colored rubber products with high sulfur content. Due to the insoluble sulfur SL-150, it can make the bonding between the radial line, steel wire, and rubber more firm, effectively prevent the rubber from spraying frost, and improve the heat resistance and wear resistance of the tire. Therefore, insoluble sulfur SL-150 is an essential and important raw material in tire production.

application

Widely used in the production and manufacturing of tires and other rubber composite products, such as tire body rubber, cushioning rubber, white tire sidewall rubber and tire flipping, rubber hoses, tapes and other rubber materials bonded to skeleton materials.
