FEATURES

Accelerator TMTM is a non color changing and non polluting super accelerator, which has a very fast vulcanization speed and good burning safety when used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The activity is about 10% lower than the promoter TMTM, and the fixed tensile strength of the vulcanized rubber is also slightly lower. The critical temperature for vulcanization is 121 ℃, and the effectiveness after vulcanization is greater than that of thiuram disulfide and dithiocarbamate accelerators, with excellent resistance to scorching. The accelerator TMTM can be used alone or in combination with thiazole, aldehyde amine, guanidine and other accelerators, and is the active agent of thiazole accelerators. There is a delayed vulcanization effect in the universal (GN-A type) rubber. When combined with dithiocarbamate in latex, it can reduce the tendency of early vulcanization of the rubber material. The promoter TMTM cannot decompose active sulfur and cannot be used for sulfur free coordination.
