TMTD rubber accelerator is used as a super vulcanization accelerator in natural rubber and synthetic rubber, with a very fast vulcanization speed and good burning safety. The promoter TMTD can be used in combination with thiazole based promoters or other promoters as a promoter for continuous rubber compounds. Alkaline accelerators such as aldehydes, amines, and guanidine have an activating effect on TMTD. TMTD is used as the main promoter when combined with sulfur, and as the second promoter when combined with thiazoles. Due to the gradual decomposition of free sulfur above 100 ℃, it can be used as a vulcanizing agent. Sulfur free or low sulfur vulcanization can endow vulcanized rubber with good heat aging resistance.
Mainly used for manufacturing industrial products such as tires, inner tubes, rubber shoes, cables, etc.
The company has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the above information, and all data is for reference only. Please refer to the physical inspection for specific details.
