FEATURES

Pre dispersed HiDispersion TDEC-75 can accelerate vulcanization in EPDM and IIR when used in combination with thiazole, thiuram, and dithiocarbamate accelerators. A small amount of TDEC-75 can shorten the vulcanization time. In addition, due to the fact that a large amount of softened oil can reduce the vulcanization rate, TDEC-75 is particularly suitable for use in high oil content soft rubber materials, such as low hardness solid EPDM sealing strips or sponge sealing strips. Under normal processing conditions, powdered accelerator TDEC is prone to adhere to equipment and is not easily dispersed evenly during mixing. However, pre dispersed HiDispersion TDEC-75 is easier to mix and blend ingredients; Under normal storage conditions, it will not clump; Good fluidity, no dust flying, no feeding loss, easy to eat and evenly dispersed in various rubber materials, ensuring the optimal activity of the effective component TDEC. Suggest adding it at the end of the mixing process.
