TBzTD is an environmentally friendly accelerator that does not release carcinogenic nitrosamines during the vulcanization process. When used as a vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, it has the characteristics of high processing safety and fast vulcanization speed. Adding thiazole or sulfonamide accelerators can slow down the vulcanization process, shorten the burning and vulcanization time, and do not significantly increase the degree of vulcanization. Alkaline promoters such as aldehydes, amines, and guanidine have an activating effect on it. Normally, TBzTD is used for sulfur free or low sulfur vulcanized rubber and has extremely high heat resistance.
It can be used as a rapid primary or secondary promoter for NR, SBR, EPDM, and NBR systems. Commonly used in tire treads, rubber hoses, conveyor belts, rubber shoes, and other industrial products.
The company has made every effort to ensure the accuracy of the above information, and all data is for reference only. Please refer to the physical inspection for specific details.
