FEATURES

TBBS is a post effect accelerator for natural rubber, butadiene rubber, isoprene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, and recycled rubber, especially suitable for carbon black rubber compounds with strong alkalinity. Safe at operating temperature, strong resistance to scorching, fast vulcanization speed, and high tensile strength. It can be used alone or in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators in low sulfur vulcanization, and the resulting vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance and modulus. Low toxicity and high efficiency, it is an ideal substitute for NOBS, with excellent comprehensive performance, and is known as a standard promoter. Widely used in the production of radial tires. It can be used in combination with aldehyde amine, guanidine, and thiuram accelerators, and when used in combination with anti coking agent PVI, it forms a good vulcanization system. Mainly used for the manufacturing of tires, rubber shoes, rubber hoses, tapes, and cables. NR: Mix 0.5-1.0 parts TBBS with 2.5-3.5 parts sulfur; SBR: 1.0-1.5 parts TBBS, 0.2 parts thiuram type accelerator, and 1.5-2.5 parts sulfur.
