Accelerator CBS is a delayed accelerator for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, which has two advantages: excellent resistance to scorching and fast vulcanization speed. Very safe during operation. It can be used alone or in combination with dithiocarbamate or thiuram accelerators in low sulfur vulcanization, and the resulting vulcanized rubber has good aging resistance and compression permanent deformation resistance. The burning time of the rubber compound will be significantly shortened when CBS is combined with dithiocarbamate accelerators and thiuram accelerators. Thiourea accelerators have a significant secondary promoting effect on CBS, especially in low sulfur xanthan compounds. In rubber compounds containing thiol accelerators and thiuram accelerators, CBS can delay burning and improve processing safety. The promoting effect is strong at sulfurization temperature (above 138 ℃), especially suitable for oil furnace carbon black rubber materials with high alkalinity. This product does not spray frost and is easily dispersed in rubber. The mechanical properties and aging resistance of vulcanized rubber are excellent. NR: Main accelerator: Mix 0.5-1.0 parts with 2.5-3.5 parts sulfur. SBR: Mix 1.0-1.5 parts with 0.1-0.5 parts of thiuram type accelerator and 1.5-2.5 parts with sulfur.
