  • Shoe material industry (rubber)

    The characteristics of rubber in the shoe material industry include high elasticity, wear resistance and slip resistance (such as NR and SBR used for sports soles), oil and chemical resistance (such as NBR used for work shoes), lightweight cushioning (such as EVA foam rubber), and environmental trends (such as TPE recyclable materials). Different formulas and processes are used to meet the performance needs of various types of shoes, balancing comfort, durability, and sustainability.

  • Engineering rubber industry

    Engineering rubber has characteristics such as high strength, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance (-50 ℃~150 ℃), and oil and chemical corrosion resistance. It is widely used in sealing, shock absorption, conveyor belts and other fields. By optimizing the formula (such as EPDM weather resistance, NBR oil resistance) and strengthening the process (such as fiber/metal skeleton composite), it meets the durability and functional requirements under harsh working conditions.
